Refund policy
Richard Goodall Gallery Limited will not accept returns of items after 14 days unless they are damaged in transit. In such circumstances Richard Goodall Gallery must be notified via the contact us page on the site and an RMA requested within 7 days of receipt of goods fully describing the damage. All damage is subject to external verification by the courier service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept a return for refund or credit within 7 days (less s+h and restocking fee). If you wish to return goods you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Goods will not be accepted as returns without an RMA. When requesting and RMA to return goods, email us using the contact us link via the button at the top right of the screen and include your name, address and brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the items, and the order number.
Under the UK distance selling regulations items shipped to the UK have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of items specifically ordered for you and custom order frames). You will have to pay for the return shipping of the items.
All returned items are inspected for quality and condition. Any condition changes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We suggest you return items using an insured and tracked and signed for delivery service.

To start a return, you must contact us first
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do not accept a package if it is damaged or opened, refuse delivery and it will be returned to us
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
